Attorney, A. Jay Fowinkle, provides a wide variety of legal

his skill in the courtroom. His experience in criminal law includes
over thirty jury trials ranging from misdemeanors to 1st
degree felonies.
Born in Pensacola, A. Jay has spent the majority of his life in
Florida. However, growing up in a military family provided him the
opportunity to travel 'all over', including Puerto Rico, Italy,
Rhode Island, San Diego, Germany, England, Hong Kong, and more. A. Jay
has always considered Florida to be his home, and plans on staying
in the Central Florida area for the remainder of his career.
 A. Jay’s wife, Jennifer, says she first fell in love with his
'Heart
of Gold' when they met at Chamberlain High School in Tampa, Florida.
Later, A. Jay followed her to the University of Florida . A. Jay earned his Juris Doctorate
at the private law school, Nova Southeastern in Ft. Lauderdale,
Florida. While in law school, A. Jay enjoyed advancing his
litigation skills as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He
was proud to represent his law school while competing nationally in
Washington, D.C.
A. Jay and
Jennifer Fowinkle are active members of
Northland Church,
A Church Distributed, in Longwood, Florida. They particularly enjoy
volunteering with
Helping Hands Ministry,
and
Habitat for Humanity.
Additionally, A. Jay participates in
Peacemakers Ministries,
a faith based conflict resolution ministry.
In his free time A. Jay enjoys teaching his
son ( J.T. ) the glory of college football, playing softball
with 'the guys', and romantic dinners with his wife.
